For the enjoyment and relaxation of all our guests we ask to try and keep phone calls to a minimum. Because of safety regulations and the protection of children along with the respect of other guests; children are welcome during their scheduled service times.
Due to the nature of our business, all services will require a non-refundable 50% deposit. Appointments may be moved to a different date one time if given 24-hours notice. We ask for 24 hours advance notice on any rescheduling or cancellations. All same day no-notice/cancellations will be charged the full amount of reserved time.

We are dedicated to constant education and continued training. We use only the finest products to complement our services. Please protect your investment by using the same high-quality products at home.
We want you to love it! If you are not 100% satisfied with your service we want to make it better. Reasonable changes will be free of charge. We do ask that you make us aware within seven days of your service and give the original stylist the opportunity to right the service for you. If you have changed your mind on the original cut or colour - additional charges may apply.
We want you to love it! If you are not satisfied with your product, we gladly offer 100% retail exchange or credit if product is returned within 14 days.
